PJ's Coffee of New Orleans (PJ's) was founded in 1978 by Phyllis Jordan, a pioneer in the coffee industry that demonstrated that better beans, superior roasting techniques, and pure passion for the art of coffee-making mattered. In 2008, the company was purchased by New Orleans natives and brothers, Paul, Steven and Scott Ballard. With over 65 locations, PJ's continues to launch new locations so the rest of the country can experience a taste of better beans, superior roasting techniques and pure passion for the art of coffee making.

Menu

PJ's serves a wide variety of hot, iced and frozen coffee beverages using only the top 1% of Arabica beans, as well as organic tea and fresh breakfast pastries. PJ's famous iced coffees are brewed daily using a special cold-drip process that protects the flavor and strength of the beans, while producing a coffee that is 2/3 less acidic – a process pioneered by our founder.

Bags of whole bean coffee and single serve cups of PJ's Coffee are available for sale in-store and online. New to select grocery stores, PJ's now offers 12-ounce ground coffee in multiple flavors.

PJ's is proud to call New Orleans home. When you step into a PJ's coffeehouse, each customer is reminded of the spirit that the city brings, and takes a piece of New Orleans home with each cup of coffee.

Restaurant Size

PJ's Coffee offers multiple operating models that are adaptable to any environment. Our three main operating models – Coffee Truck, Kiosk and Café – range from just a few hundred square feet up to a full service 1650sf café.
